The Harvard Medical Scool Center
for mouse models for DNA repair defects is part of NIEHS
Comparative Mouse Genomics Centers Consortium (CMGCC). Our
center is utilizing cutting-edge genetic and molecular biological
approaches to the study of human disease. We are particularly
interested in cloning human genes which are involved in human
genetic disease and in developing mouse models for these disorders.
The availability of the mouse models allows us to obtain a detailed
and complete understanding of the onset and progression of diseases.
