Projects with between 1 and 48 samples can be accommodated in the lab, in this case we charge $4.27 per well assayed then $184 per 384-pad chip used. Please contact the lab to get a quote for this type of project.
Sequenom hME Genotyping
When orders containing more than 20 SNPs are received, which are still required to be run using the hME chemistry and not the iPLEX chemistry, the cost is $0.35 per genotype regardless of the size of plex (excluding projects with majority singleplex assays).
If less than 20 SNPs are submitted then the cost per genotype follows the sliding scale below. The increased price is due to the fact that a smaller SNP set usually leads to lower plex sizes, which results in an increased cost per SNP-genotype.
